The head office has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Jiangsu Sulida Locomotive Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Sulida Gear Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Sulida Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Huijie Internet of Things Co., Ltd.
